The Diabetology Department focuses on the comprehensive management of diabetes and related metabolic disorders through advanced diagnostic evaluation, personalized treatment plans, and long-term monitoring. Our specialists manage Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, prediabetes, and complex cases involving uncontrolled sugar levels. The department emphasizes lifestyle modification, diet counseling, medication management, and modern insulin therapy to ensure long-term glycemic control. We also address diabetes-related complications including neuropathy, retinopathy, nephropathy, cardiovascular risks, and foot-related disorders with a multidisciplinary approach involving Cardiology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, and Nutrition.
